Multi Store Manager

At YourTel America, you are part of a team working toward a common goal of employee and customer satisfaction. We are searching for a full time, salaried, Multi-Store Manager who will be responsible for 2-4 stores in a designated retail market. We are committed to having a workforce that mirrors the diverse community we serve and that provides communications solutions to everyone.

The Multi Store Manager position is a retail sales management position which will be accountable for all retail functions including sales, customer service, safety, and inventory for all of the stores. Would prefer someone who is fluent in Spanish and English, but it is not required. Manager will be responsible for the daily functions of up to 4 retail locations and up to 12 employees.

Responsiblilities

  • Manage sales staff to meet and maintain sales and revenue goals from stores
  • Ensure World Class Customer Service to all of YourTel America customers, handle escalated customer issues
  • Train retail staff on sales technique, customer satisfaction, and retail software
  • Ensure store and staff appearance is conducive to public interaction and service
  • Proactively market product in the community by coordinating and participating in community events and grass roots marketing initiatives
  • Assist with growth of the agent program by locating, signing and servicing, agents in available areas
  • Ensure cash drawer is balanced through daily reports and weekly audits
  • Manage store inventory to secure accurate product without significant overages or shortages
  • Responsible for customer account issues including defusing irate customers and offering solutions to account issues (ie adjustments, voids, credits)
  • Manage staff to ensure productivity is being optimized through performance, attendance, adherence to schedule and overall attention to detail *
  • Meeting regularly with each staff member for One-On-One meetings
  • Analyze reports and give input to store forecasts and goals
  • Ability to work flexible hours around hours of operation
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of managing in a retail environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Stellar verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and to multi-task
  • Telecommunication experience a plus
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Reliable transportation to travel between stores on a daily basis
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong PC Skills, able to navigate through Windows-based programs
