Customer Service Representative
At YourTel America, you are part of a team working toward a common goal of employee and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Kansas City, MO location. This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
The best Customer Service Reps are confident in YourTel America’s products and out the customer first for a World-Class Customer Service experience. Reps handle inbound customer calls regarding to our home phone services and resolve any issues our customers may be experiencing. Candidates need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving skills and PC workplace knowledge are essential to this position.
Responsiblilities
- Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries
- Review Lifeline documents for accuracy and verify customer eligibility
- Strive for one-call resolution of customer issues
- Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes
- Strike a positive and cooperative tone with both customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate best judgment in the disbursement of adjustments and credits
- Ability to work during operation hours
- Other duties as assigned by the department manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Six months to one year Customer Service experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Call center and wireless experience a plus
- Customer Service Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic PC Skills, able to navigate through Windows based programs
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task
- Flexibility and Winning Attitude a Plus
